The new bigger 50.8cc engine has tremendous mid range torque so the machine does not have to be operated at maximum revs when cutting through heavy undergrowth, unlike smaller engine tools. This makes for a more pleasant, quieter user experience and reduces fuel consumption, whilst promoting a longer engine life. Ideal for cutting through tough weeds, brambles, dense scrub and overgrown grass in both domestic and professional settings with a large 450mm cutting width from the nylon trimmer head and 255mm from either of the two steel cutter blades.

Equipped with a fully enclosed anti-vibration system and ‘bike' or ‘cow horn' handles angled relative to the shaft reduces stress and fatigue on the operator's arms and back, which is essential for extended periods of use. Supplied with a high-quality bump feed two-string nylon cutting head for use as a grass trimmer and two metal cutting blades for use as a brushcutter, with 3 and 8 teeth. The 3 tooth blade would be used for brambles etc and the 8 tooth blade for thicker wood like growth where a sawing action is required. The nylon string is best used on grass and next to hard obstacles, with the cutting blades ideally used on thicker weeds, brambles, and scrub. The nylon trimmer head we use has been chosen for its ease of replacing the nylon cord. The cord is 2.5mm diameter and can be changed with ease.

It includes a fully padded ergonomic harness which spreads the load improving comfort and efficiency for the user allowing for easy transportation with the folding handles and split shaft. The on/off switch, throttle control, and safety trigger are mounted on the right-hand grip, providing easy, precise and safe control. The full harness can be attached to the machine with the multi-position quick release connector allowing you to set it up so the balance is perfect for you.
