Product Details
Power trowels can be used to create very durable and flat surfaces. The finish can be non-dusting and perfect for the later application of floor paints.
The power trowel can be fitted with a flat pan / float disc or clip on float blades. Both Float discs and clip-on Float blades are used flat on the concrete surface. As they spin the concrete is rubbed, pushed around and mixed together. This movement and mixing happens up to around 5mm deep so is the most effective way of toughening up the surface mixture.
Combination blades can also be used. These are fitted one way for floating and reversed for finish troweling. Combination blades for floating are used with a small angle and are fairly aggressive so they can’t be used as early as float discs.
